This is religion to these people. They are brainwashed, indoctrinatd into the "faith" that these programs need to continue existing, to "testify." They are taught as in religion that "YOU may never see the promised land" but hope is their light to persevere. Money is their GOD and goal. You'll never see them after their faith and hope are gone so you won't know if they've gone to heaven or hell. But more than likely they're back at their day jobs, searching for the next holy grail business.
